SPOTLIGHT ON ETHIOPIA AFRICA



Located in the Horn of Africa, Ethiopia is the second-most populous nation in Africa, and the tenth-largest by area. It is also the most populous
landlocked country in the world.

Offering a geographical diversity not found elsewhere, Ethiopia is a land of many natural contrasts, with waterfalls and volcanic hot springs,
some of Africa's highest mountains as well as some of the world's lowest points below sea level.  Ethiopia also has one of the largest number

extensive bird life); The 3.5 million year-old skeleton of "'Lucy," the oldest hominid that has ever been found (now located at the Ethiopia National
Museum);The Royal Castles of Gondar and the walled city of Harar.
